Preparation
- Prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package directions and refrigerate to chill.
- Slice the ripe bananas just before assembling the parfaits.
- In clear cups, layer the ingredients in the following order: crushed cookies, pudding, sliced bananas. Repeat until cups are filled, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Top each parfait with some cookie crumbs and a banana slice for presentation.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least one to two hours before serving.

Notes
For best results, use bananas that are ripe but not mushy. The parfaits can be made ahead but add banana slices shortly before serving to prevent browning.
