Preparation
- Chop the broccoli into small pieces. Peel thicker stems if using and chop them too.
- Chop the apples. If making ahead, toss them with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
Dressing
- In a small bowl, stir together mayo or yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
Combine
- In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, apples, onion, dried fruit, and seeds.
