Preparation
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks, around 1 inch.
- Toss the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, and place the chicken in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (165 F inside).
- Once cooked, turn the heat down to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- After the butter melts, stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken and stir until melted and coating the chicken.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Add parsley on top if desired.
Serving
- Serve right away while the coating is at its best.
