Preparation
- In a small bowl or jar, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Wash and dry your greens thoroughly.
- Slice apples, chop cucumbers, and thinly slice onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the chicken (use warm or cold as preferred).
- Pour on a little dressing, toss the salad, then add more if needed.
