Instructions
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, then set aside.
  2. Steam or microwave the broccoli and cauliflower until just tender, then drain well.
Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir over medium low heat until smooth.
Combine and Bake
  1. In a large baking dish, combine the browned sausage, drained broccoli, and cauliflower with the cheese sauce, and mix well.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
