  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional
For the casserole
  • 25 oz frozen ravioli Use cheese or any preferred variety
  • 2 cups store-bought spaghetti sauce Choose a thicker sauce if possible
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded, for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Layering
  1. Spread a layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  3. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the ravioli.
  4. Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers: sauce, ravioli, creamy mixture, and cheese, ending with a layer of sauce and mozzarella on top.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage to the sauce for a heartier meal. This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to a day before baking, adding extra time in the oven if cold.
