Blending
- Add milk to the blender first.
- Add Greek yogurt next.
- Add banana, then frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds. Pause once if needed to push fruit down.
- Taste it. Add a little honey if you want it sweeter. Blend again for 10 seconds.
- Pour it into a big glass and enjoy.

Notes
You can store the smoothie in a jar in the fridge for about 24 hours, but the texture will be thinner. Best consumed fresh. Use frozen fruits for thickness and creaminess.
