Fruits
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 small Banana (fresh or frozen) For natural sweetness and smooth texture
Dairy
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt For creaminess and protein
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Milk of choice Dairy or non-dairy both work
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup Only if your berries are tart
  • a tiny splash Vanilla extract For a milkshake vibe
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds Optional, for a thicker finish

Instructions
 

Blending
  1. Add milk to the blender first.
  2. Add Greek yogurt next.
  3. Add banana, then frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries.
  4. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds. Pause once if needed to push fruit down.
  5. Taste it. Add a little honey if you want it sweeter. Blend again for 10 seconds.
  6. Pour it into a big glass and enjoy.

Notes

You can store the smoothie in a jar in the fridge for about 24 hours, but the texture will be thinner. Best consumed fresh. Use frozen fruits for thickness and creaminess.
